Harps (Har se prem aur seva, Pure soul - Love and service for all) meditation program was initiated during the turbulent times of the world, during global pandemic to heal the planet and the human collective. The divine intention was to transmute energies of pain, sadness, grief into compassion, love and unconditional support. We have continued to do that for everyday for the last 1 and a half year successfully with evergrowing Angels. Harps was a divine idea given to our founder Dr. Harpreet A De Singh. While meditating, the experience was trancing and so forth this angelic family was founded. Harps means Har se prem aur seva, Har means god and also means har ek se, i.e. everyone. Hence, ‘Har ek se prem aur seva’ & ‘God se prem aur seva’. In English, Love and service for all, Love and service for the God. Pure soul word also resonated deeply with Dr. Harpreet for various reasons. After having experienced and engaged with so many spiritual masters, and based solely on their guidance, this Harps initiative has been going.
That is why, we launched ‘Angels of Harps’, Using these angels, we have to come together on a standard platform and have a standard format. People who can really change the matrix are the people who are working in industry, corporate and business houses, government organisations, families, educational systems, etc. Henceforth, Integrated Management Systems was born. We will collectively work towards integration of ethics and values in business industry and government organizations with spiritual values, and an ethical way of life. We will also discuss collaborative development, integrating different industries to have a common vision in growth to meet the goals of the country and the world. We plan to facilitate channelising thoughts to make the world a better place. It will include elements such as integration of industry with environment, safety, digital transformation, science etc. Integration of transportation, civil and defence collaboration will also be discussed. We do not believe spirituality and materialism are separate, but rather they can co-exist. When we integrate our spiritual approach to management, one can have spiritual experience while perfrming worldly activities and need not necessarily shun these activities and go to the forest, or vice versa. Keeping these concepts in mind, Integrated Management Systems was launched on 9th of July, 2022. A lot of creative thought and meditation has been used to develop the logo.
This being an off-shoot of Harps, a new symbol was formed rich with divine meanings. The angelic wings signifies the angel of harps carrying the work ahead. The infinity symbol of 8 vertically placed signifies the law of universe, energies are constantly going in and coming out but with transformation and growth. Miri Piri, A word which came from Sikihism and was used by the 6th Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji. He was preceded by the 5th Guru, who was anhilated for giving the message of oneness and peace. Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji realised that the message of oneness needs both Miri and Piri to be together, as seen in Khanda, Everything is a cyclic motion in divine creation and on the side, there are two crossed sword, with left one being Miri, or a temporal world, right one being Piri, the spiritual world. Worldy actions have to imbibe spiritual content within it. Ancient hindu text of Karmayogi, with Geeta and the lessons of Lord Krishna, indicate how you have to live in the world of action, doing your duty without expecting any gain out of it, giving everything in service of others selflessly and the ego dissolves, this being the highest peak of a karmayogi.

Harps have initiated a group of spiritually inclined group of people from all walks of life, and have given autonomy to spread this idea in their respective fields. We have come up with various social sectors where this idea can transform change and spread love. To name a few, Angel of Light, Angel of Love, Angel of Safety, Angel of Education, Angel of Earth, Fire, Water and Air. Angel of Environment, and many more.
We will integrate our goals and values in these angelic missions which would cover the broad range of divine work, for example, Angel of Environment would give their support and work in planting trees, spreading sustainability awareness, Saving soil and composting awareness, etc.
